"I had to sell my father’s home in Bethel Park, during a pandemic, in the winter, and I live in California. It was as if there couldn’t be any more barriers to making this happen. Then I called Mark Ratti Jr., and it all became so much easier. Mark listed and sold the home, but he also helped me to find contractors to do the repairs needed. He checked on the home personally following winter storms, to ensure it hadn’t endured damage. He advised me on the pros and cons of it investing in new carpet, paint, etc. He answered ALL of my questions quickly and straight-forwardly. Mark did all this in addition to listing the Home, showing it, negotiating for me, and representing me at closing long-distance. I knew what was happening every moment. Mark, and his team were professional, honest, and knowledgeable—you can’t ask for much more, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone."
